This powerful notebook is ultra rugged, "XRW" stands for Xtreme Road Warrior and the Algiz XRW does it's name proud. The Algiz XRW has a keyboard and touchpad mouse enlightened with two ledlights and is fully sealed. The fully rugged notebook is IP65 certified and has protection against sand, water and dust. The Algiz XRW meets the rigorous MIL-STD-810F military standards and has resistance against moisture, vibration, drops and extreme temperatures. This makes the notebook mobile and easy to carry, the Algiz XRW weighs only 1.5 kg.

The intrinsically safe Algiz XRW notebook offers a wide range of mobile features. It has a built-in GPS receiver, Bluetooth wireless to connect to other devices nearby and 802.11 b / g / n WLAN.The optional 3G modem provides fast data transmission via GSM / UMTS HSDPA / EVDO networks. The Algiz XRW notebook is prepared for the Gobi ™2000 technology, which means you can work anywhere in the world on a wireless frequency of your choice. The notebook has a 57.6 Wh battery that lasts up to 8 hours.
The Algiz XRW has an integrated 2-megapixel autofocus camera which makes videoconferencing possible anywhere in the world. You can quickly back up the data you have collected in the field using an SD card and the notebook comes with two USB 2.0 ports and one RS232 port.
