Use Cases
Curoil. Digital in one flight
How can we upgrade 23 tankers and at the same time automate the process from order to the delivery of fuels more reliably and effectively? Furthermore, how do we make that process traceable so that it is visible in each step? These were the main challenges for Curoil when supply aircrafts and gas stations in Curaçao. What started as the request for a tablet turned into an integrated system.
The Dow Chemical Company. Digital Planning Workflow
Dow has various plants around the world, including Terneuzen (The Netherlands) where chemical semi-finished products are made. Plants are on 24/7 and stopping a plant is an expensive process.
After a plant has been stopped, several professionals carry out work on the plant (turnaround). Dow’s challenge is the complex planning of this turnaround.
Smartflow worked together with Advando Project control to make an app that provides daily insight into the planning process so the planner knows which team is working and how far they are in completing their task.
