The ET1 Enterprise Tablet has an full-colour 7 inch touchscreen made of Gorilla-glass, thanks to the Gorilla-glass the tablet is 30% more stronger than regular tablets. The weight of the tablet is 630 Gramms (WiFi version) and 660 Gramms. (WWAN version)

For exchanging files from/to the tablet and for charging the Motorola ET1 Enterprise Tablet has an USB port with integrated barcode-/magnetic cardreader.

The tablet is powered by the flexbile open-source operating system Android 2.3.4, enchanced with enterprise functionality. The tablet can be upgraded to Android 4.x.

The Motorola ET1 Enterprise Tablet has a total of 1GB RAM Memory, for storage it has 4GB Flash together with another 4GB microSD Card. the microSD card slot supports microSD cards of max 32GB.

The operating temperature is 0 C to 50 C, storage temperature is -20 C  to 70 C.

The Motorola ET1 Enterprise Tablet has two camera's, an Rear-camera that can be used for barcode scanning and image capture with auto-focus and LED flash. It also has an Front-camera which is optimized for video colloboration and low lighting conditions. When recording a video the camera captures in 720p.

The ET1 Enterprise Tablet can connect to wireless networks with it's wireless network card, it can connect to 802.11a/b/g/n/ networks. It also has 3G/4G WWAN functionality which works worldwide. (also CDMA carriers) Sending files to other devices via Bluetooth is also supported, the Enterprise Tablet has Bluetooth 2.1 with EDP, via an integrated antenna.

Navigation is also supported, when on WiFi the tablet can use it's GPS chip, and when connected to an 3G/4G network it uses GPS + Assisted GPS.
